1. Teething/ Congestion – Gently squeeze the tips of the toes and massage the big toe.
2. Upper Respiratory Support – Gently pressure squeeze and do vertical strokes along the balls of the feet.
3. Relax and Calm – with long strokes from the great toe to the heel.
4. Digestive discomfort – Apply gentle pressure and circular motions on the arch and mod-foot. Address the hell area with gentle pressure from spot to spot.
