
Lorraine O Hanlon
Lorraine is from Ennis, Co. Clare and spent 4 years in GMIT Castlebar studying Outdoor Education. She graduated with an honors degree before moving to Kinsale to further update her skills in sailing, kayaking and rock climbing.
In 2012 she joined the Irish Naval service, and while serving studied in the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy where she graduated with a Diploma in Orthopedic Massage in 2015, Diploma in Orthopedic Sports Therapy in 2016 and Diploma in Spinal Manipulation Therapy in 2018 and Osteopathy in 2020
Lorraine also qualified in Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle hands-on remedial treatment that enhances the body’s natural capacity for healing, from the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine (2018).
Using modalities such as massage, dry needling, sports cupping, joint mobilization and articulations, and with her experience and in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Lorraine has joined our team as the Osteopath.
