Facial Reflexology Clooney Concept (FRCC)

Face Reflexology Clooney Concept (FRCC) is a blend of Western and Eastern reflexology, this treatment is not only beneficial but also relaxing and soothing.

We don’t realise how much tension builds up in the muscles of our face, this can be reflected throughout the entire body.  Daily use of our face to laugh, chew, talk, grimace, frown, express and suppress emotion, all result in an accumulation of facial muscle tension that some of the deep strokes of face reflexology can steadily dissipate.  This can stimulate a corresponding improvement in stress levels and therefore, in health.

Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and rebalance itself. During facial reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face.  As reflexologists we believe these points directly relate to areas of the body. Facial reflexology encourages a healthy blood and lymph flow and stimulates Collagen and elastin, therefore, helping your skin to rejuvenate and minimize the appearance of ageing lines.

Evidence is beginning to show that stress is one of the root causes of many of today’s illnesses such as depression, tiredness, fertility issues, irritability and poor sleeping patterns which in turn can cause lines and wrinkles on the face. Reflexology to the feet and hands are well known treatments which are accepted as holistic therapies to help to reduce stress and related illnesses. Facial Reflexology which combines the benefits of foot reflexology with the benefits of a holistic facial is thought by many to quickly improve stress related problems, as well as having the added bonus of reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It partly accomplishes this by directly releasing muscle tension which helps stimulate collagen and elastin.

In a FRCC treatment opens up the vertical and horizontal zones of the face as we use our fingertips to read the face and search for corresponding reflex points for organs and systems of the body that are out of balance.  It is very slow and rythmatical, causing the sympathetic nervous system to engage.

Facial reflexology is an holistic treatment, which is easy to access and treat anybody who loves reflexology but where the feet may not be an option.
