Our Cancellation Policy
At Head to Toe Therapies, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Our Cancellation Policy for Treatments:
In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.
No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
Our Cancellation Polices for Individual/Group sessions:
Individual or class:- except for individual sessions, class places are non-transferable.
A class group session must be used within the associated five week block of the date booked.
COVID 19 Changes- Due to the ever changing nature of the COVID 19 Pandemic, some classes may have to be altered. As much notice as possible will be given in these circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note there is a cancellation policy of six hours for (in person and classes). For group classes and individual sessions, a full refund is available if your place is cancelled more one week before the start date. If you need to cancel your place, please email:

MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure you have medical clearance before commencing our classes and individual sessions.
